About Alexandra

My work focuses on leading user research to uncover market trends and people’s needs. I take learnings to develop leading user-centred strategy and design across products.

In 2017, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Art History, English literature, and French language studies at the University of Toronto. I found myself on U of T’s doorstep again in September 2018, this time as a Master of Information candidate specializing in User Experience Design. My degree bridged a love of design from my previous work as Editor-in-Chief and Art Director of a student publication and an interest in research from my roots in academia.

Currently, I am a Digital Product Consultant for the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts global digital team and working across three teams: Digital Product, Global Analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). My work focuses on guest insights and developing strategy for digital products based on guest needs.
